This Cookie Policy explains how Lynsoft LLC uses cookies and similar browser technologies when you visit or use LynCopilot. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

We use cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, and embedded third-party services to run the product. Optional categories are only activated after you choose them in our consent dialog. You can update your choices at any time using .

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies, including:

localStorage — to persist sign-in sessions, theme, consent choices, and optional product preferences
IndexedDB (cold-call-recordings) — to temporarily buffer call recordings before upload
session and in-memory storage — for active call state while you use the app

Some technologies are strictly necessary for LynCopilot to work. Others are optional and controlled through our cookie consent categories.

2. How We Group Cookies and Storage

We organize browser storage into the following consent categories:

Necessary: Required for authentication, security, consent storage, and core site functionality.

Supabase authentication session (localStorage)
Cookie consent preferences (localStorage and cookie)
Theme preference (localStorage)
Sidebar layout state (cookie)
Temporary call recording buffer (IndexedDB: cold-call-recordings)
Stripe checkout and billing portal session cookies (when you pay or manage billing)
Google sign-in session cookies (when you choose Continue with Google)

Functional: Remembers optional product preferences to improve your experience.

Analytics: Helps us understand how the site and product are used so we can improve them.

Plausible pageview analytics (when enabled)

Marketing: Used for advertising and remarketing. We do not currently use marketing cookies.

3. Third-Party Cookies and Embedded Services

Some features load trusted third-party services that may set their own cookies or use browser storage while you interact with them:

Supabase — Authentication, database access, and secure file storage for your account.

Active: While you are signed in. · Category: Necessary

Stripe — Payment processing, embedded checkout, and subscription billing management.

Active: When you start checkout, complete a purchase, or open the Stripe customer portal. · Category: Necessary when you use that feature

Google — OAuth sign-in when you choose Continue with Google.

Active: During the Google authentication redirect flow. · Category: Necessary when you use that feature

Plausible Analytics — Privacy-friendly website and product usage statistics.

Active: Only if you accept analytics cookies in our consent dialog. · Category: Analytics

Stripe and Google cookies are treated as necessary when you actively choose checkout, billing management, or Google sign-in. Plausible analytics is optional and only loads if you accept analytics cookies.

4. Services Without Optional Browser Cookies

The following providers process data to deliver LynCopilot but do not place optional advertising or analytics cookies in your browser:

ElevenLabs — Live speech-to-text transcription during calls.

Audio is sent to ElevenLabs for transcription. This does not rely on optional browser cookies.

AI model providers — Live coaching suggestions and post-call analysis.

Call context is processed on our servers and through AI APIs. No optional marketing cookies are set in your browser.

5. Managing Your Preferences

You can manage cookie preferences in three ways:

Use in the site footer or your account settings.
Change optional categories in the consent dialog and save your preferences.
Adjust or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, billing, and core call features from working.

If you reject functional cookies, optional preference storage (such as AI coach defaults and call-end sound settings) will not be saved on your device.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by requesting renewed consent.
